1.1 Water permeability
Refers to the amount of water permeating per unit area per second, which mainly reflects the ability of the material to penetrate the surface water. Therefore, under different use environments, there are different requirements for the water permeability of the material. Generally, the material used outdoors requires a water permeability of 35.0 L/s.m2, and the material used in the greenhouse should have a water permeability of 31.7L/s.m2,
1.2 Tensile strength
This index is mainly to ensure the strength requirements that the material should have when it is subjected to external effects (pulling, pulling, etc.) under general production conditions. According to research and practical experience, the tensile strength test value carried out in accordance with the requirements of international standards should be greater than 800N. At present, the tensile strength of the grass-proof cloth produced by our company is 1056N in the longitudinal direction and 944N in the transverse direction, which is in line with international standards.
1.3 Width
The width of the material is related to the laying method and quantity. In order to reduce the man-hour loss and material loss caused by cutting, the ground cloth of standard width should be used as much as possible for plane combination. At present, the length of the grass-proof cloth produced by our company is 350 meters/roll, and the main widths are: 0.45m, 0.60m, 0.65m, 1.00m, 1.2m, 1.5m, and other specifications can be customized according to the actual needs of customers.
1.4 Color
Generally, there are two kinds of grass-proof cloth, black and white. Black can be used indoors or outdoors, while white is mainly used in greenhouses. Its function is mainly to increase the light level in the greenhouse to promote the photosynthesis of plants. The reflection of light can also reduce the heat accumulation on the greenhouse ground and reduce the ground temperature. Therefore, white grass-proof cloth is often used in greenhouse cultivation with high requirements on light. At present, the grass-proof cloth produced by our company is mainly black, and other colors can be customized.
1.5 Lifetime
Since the main function of the weed control cloth is to protect the ground and suppress weeds, its service life should have certain requirements, otherwise, the damage of the material will directly affect the functions of drainage and weed suppression. At present, the service life of the anti-grass cloth produced by our company is about 3 years in areas with an average annual light radiation of about 70KOY (such as Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan), and can reach more than 3 years in areas with an average annual light radiation of about 60KOY (such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai). .
